UPDATE: After posting this, the homeowner contacted me to let me know that the tree had died and the city left behind a twenty foot stump. They never came to take it down, so he decided to make it cool, and hired Tiki Artist, "Crazy Al", whose work can be found at Tikimania.com if you'd like to do up your own stump!
